The Tuning In To Kids program is designed for parents and caregivers of children aged 4-12. Developed by Prof. Sophie Havighurst and Ann Harley at the University of Melbourne, this evidence-based program incorporates principles from Gottman’s research. It aims to enhance your child’s emotional intelligence (EQ) and improve family communication by teaching proven strategies for emotional regulation and connection.

Facilitator Kavita Kaur is a licensed counselor (ACA Level 4) with extensive training and experience in delivering the Tuning In To Kids program.
